Shipping policy

At this time we are currently shipping in the USA.

Items are shipped 1-3 business day(s) directly from the Naughty Pet website and will be processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships. 

PLEASE NOTE

ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND OR ON HOLIDAY will be processed on the next business day. 

ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking and order information.

If the billing and shipping address on your order do not match, or if your address is not a verified address, for security reasons we may require additional verification from you, which may delay your order. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions.

*We currently are only accepting domestic US orders for fulfillment. 

Once it has been delivered, please allow up to 7 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, Naughty Pet will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

Please note we are only able to offer one complimentary exchange per order. If you are experiencing sizing issues, please contact our Customer Experience team for further assistance. 

Please note: shipping fees AND taxes are non-refundable.
